Brandy or Cognac (at least VS) - 50 ml\nPassion fruit - 1\nMandarin - 1\nSugar - 2 tsp\nEgg - 1\nMix and slightly whisk the egg (both white and yolk) with sugar, then add the pulp of the passion fruit and the juice of one mandarin. Add the cognac and shake the mixture without ice (dry shake). Then add ice to the shaker and shake again. Strain the mixture through a strainer and bar sieve into a glass. Garnish with half of the passion fruit.
